Oluwakemisola 'Kemi' Akinduyite
Oluwakemisola Akinduyite is a dedicated human services professional with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities in group home settings. She has also worked extensively in nursing homes, providing compassionate care to the aging population, including individuals living with dementia. Her commitment to excellence in care has been recognized with a prestigious Governor’s Citation in the state of Maryland for her outstanding contributions as a Direct Support Professional.
Oluwakemisola holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management and Business Administration and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Social Work, further strengthening her ability to advocate for and empower diverse populations. She is a proud member of the Honor Society and the National Society of Leadership and Success, reflecting her dedication to academic and professional growth.
Throughout her career, she has served a wide range of populations and now works as a Residential Program Manager, where she continues to lead with compassion, professionalism, and a strong commitment to community building. Oluwakemisola is deeply passionate about helping others and making a meaningful impact in her community.
